1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyWalletAlerts, including our Telegram bot and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

MyWalletAlerts monitors the public wallet addresses you add and sends predefined alerts to you via Telegram shortly after on-chain confirmation. You manage your monitored wallets and alert types entirely through the Telegram bot. Custom alert logic or parameterized notifications are not supported. We may also offer promotional Campaigns or bonus access periods from time to time, subject to these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alerts may be delayed during peak activity, system maintenance, or due to third-party outages or network congestion.

4. Not Financial Advice

MyWalletAlerts is for informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Use at your own risk.

5. Limits May Apply

MyWalletAlerts enforces fair usage limits based on wallet activity. If a wallet you monitor generates excessive activity and exceeds these limits, it will be temporarily suspended. During the suspension period, no further transactions will be processed and no alerts will be sent for that wallet. If a wallet is repeatedly suspended, it will be permanently banned and automatically removed from your monitored wallets; you will not be able to re-add it. Suspended wallets are automatically reactivated once the cooldown ends. We may also reject monitoring of smart contract addresses or known high-activity exchange wallets to ensure fair service for all users. Most personal wallets will not be affected by these limits.

6. Privacy

Your use of MyWalletAlerts is also governed by our Privacy Policy . Please review it to understand our practices.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall MyWalletAlerts or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

8. Paid Usage & Payments

8.1 Paid Usage Tiers

MyWalletAlerts offers both free and paid access. Paid access lets you monitor more wallets at once for a set period, such as 1 month. All features and supported chains are the same for everyone; only the number of wallets you can monitor changes. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. You may purchase paid access time through the bot whenever you choose. When your paid period ends, your limit returns to the free tier until you buy access again.

8.2 Payments & Confirmation via Telegram

Payments are initiated via the Telegram bot, but completed externally through our BTCPay Server. After you select your preferred access tier and duration in the bot, you will receive a secure payment link to a cryptocurrency invoice generated by our BTCPay Server. This link is sent to you via Telegram, allowing you to complete your on-chain payment directly through the BTCPay Server interface without involvement from third-party payment processors. The Telegram bot does not process or store your payment information or funds at any time.

Your paid access tier will only be activated after your payment is confirmed on-chain by our BTCPay Server. If payment is not completed or confirmed, your account access will remain unchanged. Once your payment is verified, the bot will automatically update your access tier, display your paid period in Telegram, and send you a notification confirming your new access status.

8.3 Payment Handling and Invoice Settlement
8.3.1 Full Payments and Overpayments

If you pay the invoice in full, or if the total amount received reaches or exceeds the required coverage threshold set for that invoice, your access will be granted and the paid period will be calculated based on the amount received.

If you pay more than the invoice amount, the extra amount will be added as additional access time.

8.3.2 Underpayments

If the amount received does not meet the required coverage threshold for the invoice, no access will be granted. In that case, the payment will be treated as a donation and will not be credited toward paid access.

For the avoidance of doubt, partial payments below the required coverage threshold do not activate access and do not create a right to access time, credit, or refund, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical error.

8.3.3 Late Payments

Payments received after the invoice has expired will not be credited toward access unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing. Please ensure all payments are made before the invoice expiration time.

8.4 Access Extensions

You can purchase additional paid access at any time. Each payment that meets the required amount extends your paid usage period once it is confirmed on-chain by our BTCPay Server. If you make multiple valid payments, their access time will be added together.

8.5 Access Tier Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

You can change your access tier at any time.

When you change tiers, the current access period ends immediately and the new access tier begins from the current time. Any remaining duration from the previous tier is forfeited and will not be carried over, prorated, credited, or refunded.

If the new tier requires payment, you must pay the applicable amount before the new tier is activated. Once payment is confirmed, the bot will activate the new access tier and display the updated access period in Telegram.

All access tier changes require payment confirmation and are subject to the same finality rules as regular paid access. You will receive a notification in Telegram once your new access tier and period are activated.

8.6 Payments Are Final & No Chargebacks

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors, such as payment sent to an incorrect address provided by MyWalletAlerts, accidental double payments, or failure to activate paid access after confirmed payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and must include relevant transaction details.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, chargebacks or reversals are not possible. Please ensure you follow payment instructions carefully.

8.7 Service Availability

Paid access relies on our self-hosted BTCPay Server and public blockchains. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our services operational, we are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party outages, network issues, or blockchain congestion. If you experience extended payment issues, please contact support.

9. Campaign Terms

9.1 Campaigns

We may offer promotional campaigns (“Campaigns”) from time to time. Campaigns may provide eligible users with rewards such as:

  • a flat number of bonus access days; or
  • a percentage-based bonus of access days.

Each Campaign is subject to these Campaign Terms, the specific Campaign details, and any additional terms shown in the campaign message or campaign page.

If there is a conflict between these Campaign Terms and a specific Campaign description, the specific Campaign description controls for that Campaign.

9.2 Eligibility

To qualify for a Campaign reward, you must use the Telegram account associated with your MyWalletAlerts account, complete the qualifying action during the Campaign period, satisfy any Campaign-specific conditions, and comply with these Terms and any applicable additional rules.

Campaign rewards are only available if the required action is completed before the Campaign expires. If a purchase or redemption is completed after the Campaign end time, no reward will be applied.

9.3 Campaign Period

Each Campaign has a start time and end time. Unless otherwise stated, all Campaign times are expressed in UTC.

A Campaign begins and ends at the exact times stated in the campaign details. Once the Campaign ends:

  • the Campaign is expired;
  • any unclaimed rewards associated with that Campaign are expired; and
  • no further rewards can be earned or claimed for that Campaign.

We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, wallet confirmation delays, network issues, or third-party service interruptions that cause a purchase or redemption to complete after the Campaign has expired.

9.4 Redemption Methods

Campaigns may use one of the following redemption methods:

9.4.1 Automatic Campaigns

For automatic Campaigns, the reward is applied automatically when you complete a qualifying purchase during the Campaign period.

The purchase must be successfully completed before the Campaign ends. If the purchase completes after expiration, no bonus will be applied.

9.4.2 Code-Based Campaigns

For code-based Campaigns, you must redeem a valid code within the Campaign period.

Code-based Campaigns may work in one of two ways:

a. Code + Purchase

You redeem the code during the Campaign period, and the reward is applied only if you complete a qualifying purchase before the Campaign ends. If the purchase is completed after the Campaign expires, the reward will not apply.

b. Code + Immediate

You redeem the code during the Campaign period, and the reward is applied automatically upon redemption. If the code is redeemed after the Campaign expires, the reward will not apply.

9.5 Reward Types

Campaign rewards may include:

  • a fixed number of bonus access days; or
  • a percentage-based bonus of access days.

The exact reward type, value, and application method will be stated in the campaign details.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • rewards have no cash value;
  • rewards are non-transferable;
  • rewards are non-exchangeable; and
  • rewards may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
9.6 One Reward Per Telegram Account Per Campaign

Unless otherwise stated in the campaign details, each Telegram account may redeem a Campaign reward only once per Campaign. We enforce this limit through our internal campaign claim records and related technical controls.

9.7 Reward Expiration

If a Campaign requires a purchase or redemption and the action is not completed before the Campaign end time, the associated reward expires automatically.

Expired Campaign rewards:

  • cannot be claimed later;
  • cannot be restored;
  • cannot be transferred to another Campaign; and
  • cannot be manually reactivated unless we explicitly choose to do so in writing.
9.8 Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, revoke, or cancel any Campaign reward if we reasonably believe that:

  • a Campaign code was shared or reused beyond its permitted limit;
  • a claim was made in violation of the Campaign rules or campaign details;
  • a reward was obtained through fraud, automation, or other abusive conduct; or
  • the user otherwise violated these Terms or applicable law.

We may also limit or disable Campaign participation to protect the integrity of the service.

9.9 Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate any Campaign at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

If a Campaign changes or ends:

  • only qualifying actions completed before the effective end time remain eligible; and
  • rewards are not guaranteed unless all applicable conditions were met before expiration.

We may also correct obvious errors in campaign timing, reward values, or eligibility rules.

9.10 No Guarantee

Campaigns are promotional and are offered at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any Campaign will be available at any specific time, or that any reward will be available to any particular user.

9.11 Relationship to Other Terms

Campaign participation is subject to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

If there is a conflict between the general Terms and a Campaign-specific term, the Campaign-specific term applies only for that Campaign and only to the extent of the conflict.

10. Account Deletion & Irrecoverability

If you delete your account using the Telegram bot, all associated data, including monitored wallets and alert preferences, will be permanently and irreversibly removed. Account or data recovery is not possible under any circumstances.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account and any associated devices. If you lose access to your Telegram account, we cannot recover your MyWalletAlerts account, monitored wallets, or alert settings.

12. Revisions

We may revise these Terms at any time, including with respect to pricing, payment conditions, Campaigns, or service limits. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
