Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about wallet alerts on Telegram.

How does wallet tracking work?

Add the public wallet addresses you want to track. We monitor those addresses for activity and notify you via Telegram when something changes.

What does UTXO mean?

UTXO stands for "Unspent Transaction Output." It's a way some cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, keep track of your coins. Each UTXO is like a piece of your balance that you can spend or receive.

How quickly will I get alerts?

Shortly after your wallet has confirmed activity on the blockchain, usually within a few seconds. We wait for at least one confirmation so you only see real, settled transactions.

Can I track multiple wallets?

Yes. You can monitor several wallet addresses at once. To check your current wallet limits, use the /account command in the bot.

Is it safe to add my wallet address?

Yes. Only your public address is needed. We never ask for your private key or access to your funds.

How do you protect my privacy?

We never ask for your private keys, email, or name. We only store the minimum data needed to deliver alerts, like your public wallet addresses and temporary transaction data.

How do I manage my account?

Everything is managed in the Telegram bot: add or remove wallets, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our policies.

What chains are supported?

Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and other UTXO blockchains. For the full list, check the bot on Telegram.
